Oulton Parish Council exists to:

Oulton Parish Council exists to make local democracy human. Its' aim is to get community views known to the powers that be. Every local person has the right to be heard and a right to respect. Councillors watch for district or government ideas to see how they affect Oulton and its environs. Sometimes site visits are made to locations where it is felt that the detailed knowledge of Councillors would contribute to a fuller understanding of the matters under consideration.
